Delivery and payment

 

1. Prices and method of payment

All prices of goods on the Website are in Bulgarian lev (BGN). The prices include VAT. The indicated prices of the items do not include the costs mentioned in point 3 (1)

The amount due for the ordered products can be paid in one of the following ways:

Cash on delivery

Pay Pall

Bank transfer to the specified bank accounts

Upon payment by the Customer by 2. Pay Pall or via 3. Bank Transfer, the order shall be submitted to the courier only after receipt of payment in the Seller's bank account.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), agrees within the meaning of Art. 53 para. 2. Pay Pall or through 3. Bank Transfer.  

2. Delivery - new conditions effective from 22 January 2018.

(1) Delivery conditions: for the city of. 1.

(2) All deliveries are within Bulgaria.

(3) For delivery outside the territory of Bulgaria additional conditions apply. Please contact us by email: info@gooddrinks.bg

(4) When delivering the order by Cash on Delivery you pay:   

4.1 The delivery costs specified in point 1. If a courier other than the specified courier is chosen, the Customer shall pay the delivery costs according to the tariff of the courier chosen by the Customer.  

4.2 Cash on Delivery fee of 1 (one) % of the purchase price when choosing a courier. In the event that the Customer chooses another courier, the Customer shall pay the Cash on Delivery fee according to the rate of the courier chosen by the Customer.

(5) In the case of payment by Pay Pall or Bank Transfer, all delivery charges applicable according to clause 1 shall be additionally paid by the Customer at the time of payment of the order.

Delivery times for orders:

At the latest within 2 (two) working days for the territory of the city of Pall. (2) Two working days for orders placed in Sofia, if requested by 12 noon, if payment is requested by Cash on Delivery. In case of payment by Pay Pall or by Bank Transfer, the specified delivery period starts after receipt of payment in the Seller's bank account.

At the latest within 3 (three) working days - for the territory of the country, if requested by 12 pm, if payment by Cash on Delivery is requested. In the case of payment by Pay Pall or Bank Transfer, the stated delivery period shall commence upon receipt of payment in the Seller's bank account.

(6) The Goods shall be delivered in transport packaging according to their type.

(7) The goods ordered for purchase shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer by a courier company. All orders subject to delivery under the conditions set out in clauses 1, 4 and 5 shall be delivered (including by its sub-contractors) unless the Customer has elected for delivery to be made by a different and chosen courier.

(8) In the event that the Customer wishes its delivery to be made by a Courier/Logistist selected by the Customer and different. The Customer shall notify the Seller of his/her wish by email or by contacting the Seller on the telephone numbers set out in the "Contact Us" section. In these cases, the Customer shall pay the delivery costs and the Cash on Delivery fee according to clause 1 and clause 4.

The Seller does not guarantee the availability of the items ordered. In the event of inability to fulfil its obligations, due to the unavailability of the goods ordered for purchase in stock and the impossibility of delivery by its suppliers, within 24 (twenty-four) hours after receipt of the purchase order, the Seller shall notify the Customer of the out-of-stock condition by means of a telephone call to the telephone number indicated at registration or by sending a message to the email address indicated by the Customer. The Seller will refund the value of the item(s) ordered if payment is made by bank transfer or Pay Pall or will amend the order at the Customer's request.

The Goods shall be handed over to the Customer or to a third party who shall accept and acknowledge receipt of the same on behalf of the Customer by signing the documents accompanying the Goods. In the event that the Customer is not found within the delivery period at the address indicated by the Customer or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, the Provider shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested for purchase. The Customer may confirm his/her wish to receive the goods after the expiry of the delivery period in which he/she was not found at the address by bearing all the costs of redelivery. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of confirmation.
