HATOZAKI BLENDED JAPANESE WHISKEY Named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, Hatozaki blended whiskey is produced at the Kaikyo distillery. Matured in a variety of casks - ex Bourbon, ex Sherry and local Japanese Mizunara oak casks, the blend has a complex character, with notes of cherry blossom, pear and caramel throughout the palate. Alcoholic strength 40%.
