Description. Its small, abundant bubbles rise to form a large number of streams and a stable crown of foam. Deep, intense and elegant, it initially evokes hints of ripe white fruit. Its complexity gradually increases and the typical characteristics of its long ageing emerge. Notes of toast and a citrus background complete its refined and distinctive aromatic character. The mousse of foam is perfectly integrated into the taste, making the mouth texture at once fresh, rounded and provocative. All the flavours found in the glass are fully expressed through its long finish. The alc. 12%.
