Colour: Sparkling yellow light colour.
 
Nose: Laced with white flowers (acacia), opening to lemon and candied pineapple.
 
Taste: Rich and mineral, with exquisite salty notes, freshness and energy. Elderflower and lilac aromas are complemented by citrus. Subtle notes of hazelnut and honeyed ginger assert a terroir-driven wine.
Between 14 and 16 months in oak barrels (new oak between 10% and 25%)
 
Serving temperature: 12°-14°, Alc. 13%.
 
Food Pairing: Great with fattier fish, white meats and hard cheeses.
